Step 1: Log in to cPanel
Access your cPanel by navigating to yourdomain.com/cpanel and entering your login credentials.

Account Login Information
Your cPanel hosting login details have been sent to your registered email address. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also view your email history and retrieve account details from the Client Area Email History.
Step 2: Remove This File
Once you're in cPanel, go to the File Manager and navigate to the public_html directory. Locate this file (index.php) and delete it once you've read through this guide.
